To whom it may concern I am a single mother of 3 teenagers living in a large house with a pool. I originally had a 2 KW system installed on my roof about 8 years ago and was on a government rebate of $ 0.60 per KW, which has since been removed. My Energy bill had gone from very little or even credits to a large bill again. I contacted Brad from Balm Electrical, who assessed my situation and first checked the existing panels for their performance. It was found that the panels were under performing. Brad suggested to replace them with new panels and to install a Sonnen Battery system. Brad explained to me that the Sonnen system is very flexible and that I can upgrade the number of batteries according to my needs. I originally had 1 battery installed by Balm and was very happy with their workmanship and professionalism. Brad explained the setup and use of the system to me in great detail.
