I am a 78 year old grandmother on a pension who had an average Electricity bill of $ 1300,- per quarter. Brad from Balm Electrical approached me mid last year and suggested to install solar panels on my roof to help me with the high bill. At first I was very skeptical if this would help me reduce my bill, but Brad explained all the advantages in detail to me. He was very patient and helpful. After installing the solar panels on my roof and an inverter he suggested to try this out for a while to see how the bill will reduce, but I was hooked and asked him to install a TESLA battery as well. During the entire work around my house, Brad and his team were very friendly, courteous and polite. There workmanship was fantastic; they cleaned up everything around the worksite and did not inconvenience me during the work.
